Julie Christine Phillipps

I paint in watercolors.  I make collages.  Sometimes I make things out of polymer clay, or sew monsters, or paint rocks. Basically, I follow my impulse wherever that leads and I have fun doing it.

 

This is a collection of some of the things I do.
